From the Meal Calendar, click the three dots (“…”) directly on the order and choose “Change Meal.” Add the item change you’re requesting to the “Additional Notes” field, and then click “Submit Request.” Please note that we cannot guarantee item changes, but will work with you to find the best possible solution.

Please note the following policies apply to your changes:

  • We will accommodate changes made before 5:00 PM, two business days before your order. After that time, we may not be able to fulfill your requests.
