Diner Count Changes

Orders with fewer than 100 diners:

  • We can guarantee guest count changes requested before 10:00 AM, two business days before your order.
  • If a change is needed after 10:00 AM, two business days before your order, we will do our best to accommodate the change. If the change is a guest count decrease, there will be a change fee of 50% of the cost of the cancelled guests. This will be passed directly to our restaurant partners. This policy is in place to ensure the business we provide our partners is as reliable as possible.

Orders with 100 diners or more:

  • Changes must be requested before 10:00 AM, four business days before the order
  • If a change is needed after 10:00 AM, four business days before your order, we will do our best to accommodate the change. If the change is a guest count decrease, there will be a change fee of 50% of the cost of the cancelled guests. Ready to Eat Time Changes

Orders with fewer than 100 diners:

Delivery Address Changes

  • Delivery address changes must be made before 10:00 AM, one business day before the order.

 

Date Changes

Orders with fewer than 100 diners:

  • Date changes must be requested before 10:00 AM, two business days before the order
  • If the order is outside this window, the change can be made to any date that remains outside the window.
  • If the restaurant in unable to accommodate your change, we’ll work with you to determine if you’d like to keep the order as is or switch to a different restaurant.

Restaurant Change Requests must be selected from the curated, rotating list in the “Change Meal” window of your Meal Calendar.
